an amenity rooftop that invites relaxation and gathering.
Stream Realty tasked OTJ Architects and SRD with coming up with a fresh vision for the 1,500 SF rooftop and conferencing area. Small aperture downlights paired with clean indirect cove lighting made for the perfect transition from Daytime to use to happy hour or networking event. A features glass surface mount fixture was placed within the acoustic ceiling coffers for a fun, patterned effect. Views of DC are preserved with low level lighting along the handrail.
